International Marketing Coordinator needed at Westlake Village, CA:

The International Marketing Coordinator for Vibranalysis Inc. is responsible for implementing international marketing and advertising campaigns for our company in the North American (US/Canada) & European markets.  Vibranalysis Inc. is a premiere consultant, providing a wide range of instrumentation and monitoring services to general contractors, construction management companies, engineering firms, building owners, developers, excavators and demolition companies. Our extensive range of services span the life of our clients projects. Before construction begins, our instrumentation design services help to identify and mitigate risks related to construction impacts. Our pre-construction inspections and documentation services provide an authoritative record of existing conditions of structures and infrastructure. During construction our team of professionals actively monitor seen and unseen forces and their impact on structures, utilities, and ground performance. Our services include concrete testing, special and progress inspections. Marketing and Finance is managed from our California office at 5732 Corsa Avenue Suite 124, Westlake Village, CA 91362 and will be the main worksite for this position. The position reports to the COO.

Specific Tasks will include:

·        Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts in the North American (US/Canada) and European markets;

·        Prepares marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives geared toward North American & European markets;

·        Plan and organize promotional presentations;

·        Updates calendars;

·        Work closely with the sales team to create professional proposals using PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and ConnectWise.

·        Create and/or update marketing and sales collateral, or promotional materials

·        Handle a variety of online/digital activities

·        Create and send emails/newsletters, and run reporting afterwards

·        Attend regular sales and marketing meetings

·        Travel to visit various international clients (20% of time/year)

General, Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS Marketing, or directly related field, or its foreign equivalency + at least 6 months experience in a marketing role designing and executing marketing strategies & newsletters.

Special Requirements:

Academic training or experience must have included international marketing & consumer behavior.  Must be skilled in Social Media Marketing. Must possess excellent communication and writing skills; creating/sending campaigns via either MailChimp or similar platform; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop. International travel required (20% out of the year).

Construction Estimator – Entry Level – Full-time 40 hours per week- Job added: 3/16/2017

Salary will depend on experience

Required technical skills, training, and experience

·         Relevant training and/or certification with a project cost estimating department or company
·         1-2 years’ experience working in a similar capacity
·         Experience with preparing construction and development cost estimates
·         Competence with analysis, numeration, research and use of spreadsheet and scheduling software, database cost estimating software (experience with ConnectWise not necessary but a plus)
·         Proficient in Excel, Word
·         Demonstrate leadership skills
·         Possess excellent written and oral communications skills
·         Work well in a team environment

This position is responsible for developing cost estimates, reading RFPs, development and construction schedules ranging from order-of-magnitude level to detailed working cost estimates, based on the latest available costing methodology and data, and presenting the results in a work breakdown format suitable for use by the client, project manager and project team.

Essential duties & responsibilities

·         Prepare development and construction capital cost estimates based on the latest data available, as appropriate to the current phase of the project
·         Prepare production operating cost estimates based on the latest data available, as appropriate to the current phase of the project
·         Prepare development and construction schedules based on latest data available, as appropriate to the current phase of the project
·         Assist Project Managers and project team in developing work breakdown structures (WBS)
·         Assist Project Managers in decisions on development and/or construction approaches or methods based on information available
·         Prepare project phase expenditure schedules
·         Study report preparation would include the creation of figures, tables, written text and compilation of associated engineering backup data
·         Participate in project economic evaluations
·         Assist in other areas required to deliver a quality product on schedule and on a budget

  • Experience with Google Adwords & Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign

  • Experience creating/sending campaigns via either MailChimp/ or similar platform

  • Experience in construction industry preferred but not required

Requirements

  • BA/BS, ideally in a marketing or communications field

  • Minimum of 1-3 years in digital and traditional marketing
