Demolition monitoring

Since 1986, Vibranalysis has been involved with the demolition of structures that range from multi-level apartment buildings to high rise factories. Our engineering staff devotes many hours to acoustic and seismic design analysis for each project. Depending on the size and scope of a project, each report contains structural information, blue prints, number of stories, materials, maps showing structures within the radius of influence and the type of instrument, location and any other data pertinent to the operation.

Along with the above mentioned technical support, Vibranalysis also provides public relations campaigns. Vibranalysis can overcome the complaints about noise and vibration through careful social analysis and by meeting with neighbors to explain the care used to protect t heir property and safety. In those unusual situations where complaints persist, seismic and acoustic analysis, effective monitoring and good record keeping can be very important in helping to avoid problems and litigation.
